Our team of highly skilled glassblowers use the same tools and techniques as their illustrious fore fathers. Each piece is freely blown and hand fashioned to produce the finest , most distinctive and original glass. All finished items are hand engraved with our trademark signature, 'Exmoor'.

We are proud to introduce our range of Cranberry Glass made to a traditional recipe. The delicate shade is achieved by adding gold to molten glass, an expensive but powerful agent. When Cranberry Glass was first made in the late 19th century it became very fashionable, adorning the most elegant houses. It's popularity today is unabated. It also provides the perfect gift for the 40th birthday and ruby wedding celebrations.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Stock permitting, your order will be despatched in 10 working days and sooner if possible. However during busy periods please allow 14 working days. For overseas, please allow 28 days.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date.
Christmas Orders - Orders for Xmas must be received by 10th December to ensure pre-Christmas delivery (UK only)

Complaints procedure.
Should you be at all unhappy with our service for any reason, do not hesitate to call or email us at sales @exmoorglass.co.uk (click the amil button on this page) and we will ensure that your complaint is given our full and swift attention. Complaints are treated confidentially and are acknowledged within 5 working days. On receipt of your complaint you will be advised approximately how long the issue will take to resolve and will be kept informed throughout the process.

Exmoor Glass takes the security and privacy of its systems and its cusomters data very seriously. we constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. Exmoor Glass will investigate any such action with view to prosecuting and /or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
If you feel that an item is defective please let us know within 10 working days of your receipt of the item from us and make arrangements to return it to us. If an item is defective in any way we will pay return postage on it.
If you need to return an item to us for any reason please securely wrap it up, including a copy of your original receipt. Then, send it to our address in the Contact Us section of this site.
We do not take responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit and would advise you send items 'insured registered delivery' and keep the receipt.
Every care has been taken to portray and describe items accurately using current web technology, however slight variations may occur - as with all hand made items.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason. In these cases the 7 working days starts from the day after the day that you receive the goods. to cancel your order in this way please email us at info@exmoorglass.co.uk or telephone us on 01643 863141 Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm GMT and let us know.
The law requires that the customer is to provide written notice of cancellation within the 7 working days. Goods do not have to be returned within this period for the customer to secure a refund.
